Harlem Homage is a full social content system for a Harlem-heritage streetwear brand - not a single advert, but a campaign. Four music-led hero cuts, a set of in-house fashion stills, and a run of UGC product intros, all built vertical-first for Instagram and Reels. Every frame is carried by one consistent AI model - Faye, the studio's own virtual talent, cast as an athlete - which is how an AI campaign holds a single face and attitude across dozens of assets.

Objective
Give a streetwear brand a content system, not a single ad. Fashion brands live on a constant feed of social content, and most can't shoot it fast or cheaply enough to keep up. The brief was to prove a brand could get a full run of campaign-quality assets - hero films, stills, UGC - out of one production, built to post.

Approach
One model, one world, many assets. The campaign casts Faye - the studio's own AI model - as an athlete shot in gyms and boxing rings, a tougher, more physical read on streetwear than the usual mannequin product shot. Four hero cuts run to the same track for rhythm and recall; the stills extend that look into editorial; the UGC intros put Faye to camera, talking through the product the way a real creator would. Holding one consistent face across all of it is the hard part of AI fashion content - and the part that makes it usable as a real brand identity.

OUTCOME

Harlem Homage is the clearest proof the studio can be a brand's whole content department - films, stills, and UGC, on one model, in one look, ready to post. For any apparel or DTC brand that needs a constant feed and can't keep shooting it, this is the model: one production, a campaign's worth of assets, and a consistent face you own.
