Glow in Grace: AI Video Ads for a Skincare Brand
A full content system for a skincare brand - brand film, UGC ads and stills, produced with AI-native tools.
AI BRAND CONTENT SYSTEM / SKINCARE & AESTHETICS / MULTI-FORMAT
— OVERVIEW
Glow in Grace is a med spa in Carson, California - and this is the project where Desilenced Design stopped being a video studio and became a brand's whole content department. Not one advert: a complete visual system. A 40-second brand film fronted by three of the clinic's own AI avatars, a month of vertical UGC, a library of product and treatment stills, silent website hero loops, and a strategy playbook telling them exactly how to use all of it. One production, an entire content operation - built for a real, trust-sensitive aesthetics business.

Objective
Give a growing aesthetics clinic the content operation of a far bigger brand - without a studio shoot, a model day rate, or a reshoot every time the feed runs dry. Aesthetics is a trust-before-booking category: clients judge the brand from its website and Instagram long before they walk in. The brief was to make Glow in Grace look, on screen, as considered as the treatments themselves - and to hand over enough content, in enough formats, to keep them visible for months.
Approach
Build one consistent world, then fill it. We set a single direction - soft, warm, clinically clean - and ran it across every asset, so the website, the ads, and the feed all read as one brand. Three AI avatars were built as the clinic's own on-screen faces: not stand-in clients, but owned brand characters with full identity sheets, so the same people can front content indefinitely without a booking. The 40-second film puts those faces to camera to introduce the clinic and invite a visit; the UGC carries the same identities into native social; the stills handle products and treatments; the hero loops sit silent at the top of the site, doing the first ten seconds of trust. Every piece was built disclosure-ready and honest by design - no faked results, no invented testimonials - because in a treatment business, getting the AI ethics right is part of the craft, not an afterthought.
Outcome
Glow in Grace is the clearest proof of the studio's biggest offer: not a single video, but a brand's entire visual content operation, built in one production and handed over with the strategy to run it. For any skincare, aesthetics, or wellness brand that needs to look high-end online and stay visible without a shoot every month, this is the model - a film, a feed's worth of content, owned faces, a stills library, and a plan, all in one consistent world. If that's the content system your brand needs, this is where it starts.
— ONE PRODUCTION - A FULL CONTENT SYSTEM
This wasn't a video. It was a connected set of assets, each doing a different job in the brand's marketing - awareness, education, trust, and booking.
The brand film (40s, 16:9) - the centrepiece. Three avatars introduce the clinic and invite a visit, the kind of polished spot a med spa would normally need a full shoot to make. Built for YouTube, the homepage, and pinned social.
UGC suite (10 × 15s, 9:16) - a month of native vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories. One idea per clip - a service, a concern, a reason to book - so the feed stays active without a new shoot each week.
Owned brand avatars (×3, with identity sheets) - three consistent on-screen faces the clinic owns outright. Full turnaround and expression sheets keep them recognisably themselves across every future asset. No day rates, no scheduling, no reshoots.
Product & treatment stills (×25) - a campaign-ready image library for posts, story backgrounds, service graphics, email, and ads. The product photography a brand usually pays a studio day for.
Silent website hero loops (×2, 10s) - the first thing a visitor sees. Built to read as calm, refined, and trustworthy in seconds, with no sound needed.
Visual & content strategy playbook - a full document mapping how to deploy every asset: posting rhythm, caption structure, local-search angles, and a 30-day rollout. They didn't just get files - they got the plan for using them.
— THREE FACES THE BRAND OWNS
The hardest part of AI brand content isn't making one good image - it's making the same person twice. Each of Glow in Grace's three avatars was built as a complete identity: a fixed face, a full set of angles, and a range of expressions, locked to a reference sheet. That's what lets one front the film today and a Reel next month and still read as the same person - the difference between a one-off render and a brand asset the clinic keeps using. Built as virtual brand characters for education and storytelling, clearly and transparently, never as stand-in clients.
— SELECTED FRAMES
A run of stills from the 25-image library - products, treatment-room mood, and the avatars across settings - all held to the same warm, clinically clean direction. The look the whole system runs on, in single-frame form.
