Guest List: A Cinematic Trap AI Music Video
AI music video direction with full production scale, a consistent artist and full release visuals.
AI MUSIC VIDEO / UK DRILL x TRAP / GOT QUIET SERIES
— OVERVIEW
Guest List is Polka.BLK's UK-drill-meets-trap record about power - who gets let in, and who gets erased. The video had one job: make menace feel calm. No shouting, no chaos. A woman walks through her own mansion party and, one line at a time, removes everyone who used her. The threat is in the stillness.
Type: AI Music Video

Objective
Match the record's control. The song never raises its voice, so the video couldn't either. It needed to read as an AI music video that looks directed rather than generated - one deliberate idea carried from the front door to lights out, not a reel of disconnected shots.
Approach
The whole film runs on a single rule: the world moves in slow motion when she walks, and fast-forward when she sits - and she is the only subject on screen moving at normal speed. That rule is the direction. It turns a party into a power structure you can watch.
We built it as five continuous 30-second takes rather than dozens of stitched clips, so the room-to-room continuity lives inside the takes, not hidden in the edit. One reference set holds the character, wardrobe and location consistent across the whole 2:15. And as the track's "list" gets shorter, the crowd thins room by room - by the final hallway she is alone. The concept isn't stated in the lyric and left there; it plays out on screen.
Outcome
One idea, held for 2:15 without breaking - the mark of a directed piece rather than a generated one. Guest List is the standard we build client work to: concept first, then a production system that makes the look repeatable. Directed, not generated.
— SELECTED FRAMES
Stills from across the arc - same character moving cross the frame from the entrance to the bedroom. The environment responds in every frame.
